This, That, & The Other
Cold one day, warm the next. We have hit the 30s twice this past week (low temp)… yet it’s not a steady change. Tomorrow, we are due to hit 80 again (high temp). I don’t like roller coaster temps. I just hope my children keep healthy. Both of them are rarely sick (like only been to the doctor twice each in their life)… but with the temp swings, rain, wind - and both being out in it… it bugs me. I also hope hubby keeps healthy considerin’ he’s outside a lot during his work day.
Tennessee is sure beautiful. The color change is in full swing. The leaves make a mess, tho. It’s just a great site to see. I love this place. Ok, well, I miss ocean-side living but prefer my acreage to no yard anyday.
The end of this year seems to be going fast. Already mid-October. We were planning to have a hay ride, soon. I ask my Dad if he’d help us plan one - I wanted him to be the driver. His birthday and comin’ up and he said he’d love to and we could all celebrate his birthday with a hayride and a weiner roast. SO, hopefully all plans take place and it works out. I’m thinkin’ maybe the 28th - which is the day after Dad’s birthday. It’s also the night we set our clocks back, isn’t it? Hmm. Anyone want to join us?
Well, my sister in law is here - I just saw her pull in, so I gotta scram. Toddles.

It’s been like that here too. This is the kind of weather that will get you sick. Yesyerday and the day before it was cold and rainy, today was nice, warm and sunny

Oh gosh I forgot all about the clocks going back, I’m glad you reminded me! Oh and btw, what’s a hay ride?
The weather here has just turned, today we’re expecting rain and windy conditions. It’s been so nice too over the last few days.. But in the middle of October, I guess we can’t expect anything more..

Fabulous day here in Maryland also. I would love to see the countryside there in Tenn with all the leaves changing. It won’t be that spectacular here since we didn’t get much rain all year. I love a good hay ride and haven’t been on one in years…hoping to see all the good pics from it.
Wow….it is almost time to change the clocks back..sheesh..the year is flying.

Yep, we are having the rollercoaster temps here, too…not nearly as cold as in the 30’s, but windy, rainy and cold one day….low 80’s another day!
A hay ride sounds like so much fun….wish we could go on one…..we did get to a wanna be pumpkin patch to get some pumpkins and photos, though!
Hope you have fun!

I’ve experienced all four seasons of TN back in my travel days: the changing in fall is spectacular.
