Sound of Peacefulness
Well, aren’t you lucky. If you’re readin’ you have the prime opportunity to hear an audio post. If you click the play button (below, on the right) you’ll hear me (outside), last night. (P.S. I’m usually a really fast talker, but I spoke slow in this clip… to “set the mood” hehe) … The clip is only 30 sec. long.

(P.S. Only 5 days left to enter the contest.)

so, can I come over for a beverage & crickets some night? we don’t have crickets, must be because of the giant spiders living in the backyard…

I love the noisy silence! I look forward to my time at the Lodge when there is no outside noises but the critters! Nice audio! Works for me as a picture because I can see it in my mind! Bet the stars are incredible too!

Very cool. Out here on the west coast we don’t have sounds like that. I think we have birds chirping and I’m not really sure what else. Maybe cars zooming by…

Great accent (think I said that before somewhere lol) and I love the sound of the night crickets. It reminds me of Spain!
I don’t know if I’m going to be able to complete the contest. Still no BBQ and still no fire-truck. We have like 2 fire-trucks in the next village and I hardly ever see them.

I can’t help but to be reminded of Ellie Mae on the Beverly Hillbilly’s in a very good way. Keep it coming.

What a sweet country accent. I mean that in the best possible way. I lived in GA for 3 years and have learned to differentiate southern accents. Some are irritatin’, some are over the top, some are redneck but yours has the nicest quality. I don’t think I have a category for it.
Thanks for posting your audio. I loved your nightsounds. How are your mosquitos?

How awesome….Thank you so much. I wish I would be right there now…Drinking my ‘Capri Sun’…and chatting with you. Your voice was very calming - you blended right in with your surroundings. Thank you so much for making me smile tonight…after a very, very long day at work…
