Random Friday Crapola

F irst, I had to make a run to Gallatin (Thursday afternoon) so my Mom could pick up her SUV from the hospital. I stopped for some Chinese takeout. It was good. I ate a small amount and then after an hour later thought I could handle more – didn’t stay in my system long – but was worth it LOL

R eturned a DVD with the wrong DVD in it. Found out today… not sure what they rec’d (they didn’t say) but it should have been Are We There Yet? which is on the DVD player. I’m thinkin’ it was a PS2 game? Hmm. Oops. Never had that happen before.

I am happy to know the winner of the Easter Caption, posted that she rec’d her prize!

D on’t like math, at all. I say that as I’m currently lookin’ at my math homework.

A m feeling better though… I read the stomach flu rarely lasts longer than 1-3 days. However, it may be 1-2 weeks before your bowel habits return completely to normal. Gawd. Isn’t that nice. Really missed hugs and kisses the past couple of days as I’ve kept a small distance between myself and the kids/hubby. I haven’t been visitin’ other sites, so if you missed me – I’ll be back when I’m feeling 100% better.

Y ou ever been driving behind a car on a 2 lane highway and the hood fly off the car you’re following? It just happened to me (Thursday on my way home from Gallatin). Yikes. Talk about freaky – the guy just swerved over and got out as I went around him. I bet he shit his pants. I guess next time he’ll make sure his hood is latched. Thank God it didn’t fly back and hit me. Eek.

I’m sorry I’m sitting here laughing at your post. I have no idea why….maybe it was the vision of the guy with the hood flying off shitting his pants?? lol (
Thank God you didn’t get hurt in that episode!!)

And isn’t that the way with Chinese food? I’m in need of a good trip to the bathroom (I know, TMI?) …maybe I’ll get some tonight?

Thanks for the smile and I’m hoping your feeling better. Withdrawal from hugs and kisses can wreak havoc on a person, eh? =o)

    ~~hugs~~

I was in the process of moving one time and we were using two vehicles. I was in the second and in front of the first was a semi. His rear tire blew and the rubber tread peeled off and shot over the first car and directly in front of me. Quite harrowing.

wow.. that hood thing would have freaked me out! I was behind a guy and his trunk poped open before. Luckily I was showered with McDonalds wrapers.. that could have been harmful!! That guy never even stopped. Some people are just evil.

Glad to know you are feeling mostly better. Just remember to take it slow. I love to eat pudding when I am like you are now. Or a nice soup with a thick broth.

My hood popped up once, it was weird. It didn’t fly up all the way, but enough to scare me to death. Feel better soon!

Glad to hear that you’re better :-)

That “keep a distance” you mentioned, reminded me of last year when I’ve had my appendix removed and I was forced to tell my family and friends that they were only allowed to call or visit me if they were really really BORING – that was really ODD *lol*

I couldn’t laugh without severe pain and I know how I am, if I’m not allowed to laugh I giggle like hell…

… and I forgot that the first time Mr Lifecruiser was allowed to see me after the surgery, so I began to show him my totally not sexy big underwear they’d put on me – how to giggle without moving your stomach or making any sound??? It was quite an achievement I say.
