I this, I that.
I will be going to the funeral home for visitation - once the hubby gets home from work Friday afternoon (so he can go with me). She was the sister of the bestest ever grandfather (which is my Pa who passed in 91). She lived across the street from my grandparents (about half a mile up the road from where I live now) all my life. May she rest now, in peace. She would have been 89 in June.
Otherwise, no plans this Friday. You?
So, I leave you with this. I was tagged by Iris:
- I AM: putting in a new spa/hot tub on our covered back porch!
- I WANT: more 1-1 time with my husband.
- I WISH: upon falling stars.
- I HATE: the word hate.
- I MISS: My Pa. Steve. Old times with good friends.
- I FEAR: the loss of my cat.
- I HEAR: well.
- I WONDER: about things.
- I REGRET: nothing (other than knowing a guy named Chad).
- I AM NOT: typical.
- I DANCE: often because I feel like it.
- I SING: loud to music in my truck.
- I CRY: when I’m hurt, emotionally.
- I AM NOT ALWAYS: nice.
- I MAKE WITH MY HANDS: obscene gestures.
- I WRITE: with my left hand.
- I CONFUSE: my husband, sometimes.
- I NEED: Him.
- I SHOULD: be doing something else.
- I START: every 26 days. Ugh.
- I FINISH: most everything I set out to do.
- I TAG: my posts with keywords. Nope, I’m not tagging people.

Your husband must be a wonderful guy. You write so passionately about him.

Thanks for playing along .
Yeah - the 1-on-1 time with my hubby - would like to more too. Oh, a spa would be nice too. When you done with yours, would you stop by and we could do one for us.
Sorry to hear that you are going to a funeral today.

Oh YAY for the spa! One of my friends in the UK has a hot tub on her back porch and now I need (uhm want) one.
Hope everything goes as well as can be expected at the funeral home.

lol you always crack me up …
on another note . God be with you and the family. I HATE going to funeral homes but it is a must at times.

Wishing you well today. It will probably be a hard one…..funeral’s have always been so hard for me. I think they are for most people.
So, we are BOTH lefties? Good company!! Even my daughter and son are lefties too….lol. What is it they say about us? Always in our ‘right mind’ ? =o)
Thanks for the smile this morning…..needed it again, as usual!

Wishing you well for the visitation… they are missed blessing. Although you mourn those that died, you get to celebrate their life with others who knew them, often in capacities that you were not privvy to in life.

Hey TN
Soory to hear about that, but as someone else already said it’s a time to reminisce and be with people who knew her andf loved her as you did.
Only plans I have are to watch a movie with the princess tonight as my wife and son are going to a play. The rest of the weekend is open.

Hey… I threw up a post to answer the questions about the odd flower from yesterday… come check it out….

wow miss tn.. your hubby is one lucky guy. “I WANT: more 1-1 time with my husband.”
Well, I read some “chick flicks”-kinda novel and I could say that with all the kids, you’re marriage is still strong.
i mean, wow. that’s a total achievement considering you two are a couple of the West.
you know, the usual hasty generalization that west people loves infidelity, divorce, whatever.
i’m glad to know you’re different from them.
“I HATE: the word hate.”
Yeah, me too. Especially when because of that word, you lost the good ol times. *sighs*
“I REGRET: nothing (other than knowing a guy named Chad).”
Highschool or childhood sweetie who broke your heart when you were younger?
Or is it the mailman who always knocks on your door to send telephone bills? ;p
“I CRY: when I’m hurt, emotionally.”
We always do. *smiles*

Btw, goodluck with everything you do. And have a nice day! *hugs*

From everything I’ve heard, heaven is pretty cool place, but it is always had on those of us left here on earth who miss those who pass.
Congrats on the hot tub!
I’m a leftie who weeps easily. I SHOULD use tags more. And categories (some really smart person told me that LOL)
Thanks for sharing - hope you have a great weekend (after the funeral)

Oh the spa will be so much fun for you! We had one in the old house, until it broke, and we really enjoyed having it!
I make obscene gestures with my hands too! lmao
