Me… before I left to pick up some spex

TNC

This is me, today - before I left to go get glasses. My 8 year old son took the photo. Like the view out of my bedroom window? Ha - it’s my backyard. Pardon my hair - it was still partially wet from my shower… it takes forever to completely dry.

Next time I post here I’ll officially be a part-time glasses wearin’ gal. Perhaps I’ll be brave and post an after photo as, OldGuy suggested, with glasses. Well, maybe - who’d wanna see an after?

Looking Great! You have great cheek bones.

Your son did a great job. Wow… my 2 year old is wanting to use the digitial camera… so we get a hand, or the floor or sometimes (but not often a good photo). I would love for my boy to be able to take this quality by 8 yo.

well, you look fine like that, but I’ve always had a thing for women that have glasses on — I know that seems strange, but that’s just me. :)

You look great darlin’ don’t worry about the glasses, I had to have my eyes done at 47 and I can see better with glasses than I could at 20 without them. But you’re a Tennessee babe, you’ll look good in anything. (G)

Replied: Your comment made me smile. Thanks so much for the awesomely kind words. I needed to hear such, today. I actually wore my glasses out today and got a few compliments. :) Felt good.

Your son is quite the photographer. That is a great picture.

I have the same problem with my hair. It takes half the day for it to dry naturally, but it frizzes if I blow dry it.
