PhotoHunt 146: chipped

PhotoHunters

A chipped sand dollar from San Deigo. I use to collect them, all the time, when I lived there. Often times, they were chipped… tho I did find many that were not.

Oh, I love sand dollars! I don’t find them much here in northeast Florida. =( Sad. I do have one from about 10 years ago. I visited Panama City with my dad and he bought me one that had a dolphin jumping out of the water at sunset airbrushed on it. I still love it. I particularly love the little “doves” inside of them though. So cool.

Anyway, mine’s predictable – a chipped plate. My only other idea was to paint my nails, since they always chip within hours, but I just didn’t feel like it. ;)

Fun new look! Your choice of chipped piX brings back fond memories of beach combing for sand dollars and sea shells…
