So, your hubby was Navy too, huh? I do believe you told me that before but I never knew ’til today that he was stationed aboard an FFG. That’s a frigate right? Me, not knowing the navy terminology at all, I’m not sure. And the ‘G’ is probably something like Guided? Who knows…:::shrug::: Hey, if someone calls the FLOOR of a ship a deck, I picture a wooden deck, OUTSIDE a yard. And starboard and bow….gimme a break. Front and rear for crying up a crutch. DOOR, not hatch. LOL
[oh and one more thing before I leave, I’m not a water person. So anyone aboard a ship has a certain bravery that astounds me!!!]

Yup… I think I had told ya before, too. Who knows. Ha! I actually took a cruise on the ship (family day)… My best friends were on a LHD and I cruised out on the ocean on it. Not too bad but not something I’d love to live on for months. My hubby was only on the one ship tho, with his 10 years in… he was with the Seabees and also an instructor, too.
