Tough Day… I’m behind
I got a wake up call this AM…
My dad went out of town this weekend. He left early this (Friday) morning. Several hours later I got a call - his dog, Sox, had been hit by a car. Dad only lives about 2 miles up so we quickly drove up there. He didn’t make it. I had to call my Dad - well, I couldn’t - hubby did. It was SO hard. Dad won’t be back ’till Monday… so we buried him. Thankfully, hubby was on vacation from work and was there with me to dig his grave. It took just over two hours to dig it. Wow, that was hard work - our lack of rain has made the ground like a brick.
Anyway - what a way to wake up. All that being said - I’m a bit behind today. I just got in and my kids just got home from school. I will have the PhotoHunt posted on or before Saturday - just bear with me. I’ll put a post up to comment on for all your early birds.

A camera that has infrared may not be an infrared camera. Through an infrared camera one can observe the world in another dimension. Infrared see the world by heat signatures. The infrared on your HP camera is for communication only. So the next time some body tells you that his Kodak camera is an infrared camera, you know what do with him.

I’m very sorry about your father’s dog. My own father’s dog was hit by a car and it was the first time I saw my Dad cry. He himself was suffering from cancer at the time. I still think about that day, very very hard day.

That is so sad… to lose a pet is never easy, but to lose it senselessly in a car accident… it brings tears to my eyes

Oh, that is so awful. That is such a hard thing, but I am glad your husband was there for you. Losing a pet is so hard…it is just like losing a family member.

Oh I’m so sorry about your dad’s doggy! Losing a pet is terrible, I’m glad your hubby was home to help you. I can’t imagine having to deal with all of that by myself.
