Pickin’ house plans…
I think my hubby and I picked out our house plans, today… the blueprints will just need some minor changes/modifications to make it how we want… It’s a country style home with a wrap around porch. We are set on it… but could run upon something else, I guess - between now ‘n then. However, after looking at so many I can’t find any I’d prefer more. Once I get the green light to build I’ll purchase them… pray for that green light!!
We’ve been waiting to build on and utilize the farm (we utilize it now but if we were living ON it we’d utilize it more). We’ve been back home for 2 years now (civilian life after the military) and have been waiting patiently for the right time. I just hope everything goes as we hope and pray.
We are fine where we are (just a mile or so down the road) but we hope to see the dream come true. I pray nothing “gets in the way” and we can make it happen. We have the spot picked out where we want the house - just not sure if we can put it there. I’ll know more next week on if it’ll happen or not… so cross your fingers for me. If I get more good news next week - we will slowly start the process getting our current home ready to sale and then prepping the farmland and finally prepare to and begin building- it won’t be anything sudden. However, grand things for those who wait, right?
Just wanted to share. We celebrate our 14th wedding anniversary this Friday - wouldn’t it be an awesome (late) anniversary present to hear Yes, it can happen, you can build it right there where you want! I think so - I’d be happy with it! hehe Off to play some scrabble before bed.

Happy anniversary for Friday and prayers that your dreams will come true. Choosing house plans must be so hard! We’ve been looking at bathrooms for a while and every other one I see becomes my new favourite. I don’t know whether I’m here or there.

Building a house is so exciting!! We built this one last year. Next month we will celebrate one year in it. Have fun - I know you will! it sounds great!
