New Rules for joining/playing the Photo Hunt
As of today, the blogroll is no longer required. I thought about it and well… it’s just best that way. This way, I don’t have to keep it clean, add folks, remove folks, correct my typos, etc. LOL This way I have less emails asking me “How do I…”, “Can you help me, it’s not working” and “It doesn’t work in FF”… in other words, this makes my life and group management easier. You may remove the blogroll from your site if you have it up… or leave it. I won’t discard of it, yet – it’s still there with 342 sites on it.
PhotoHunt participants just use a link (linked here) on your sidebar. I prefer you to link this button or this button.
I’d like to use tags to replace the blogroll. To use tags you simply insert a line of code directly into your post. I’d like this tag PhotoHunt and to get it in your post just copy and paste what you see in the box below This is not required but very appreciated. (remove the title=”(x hits)” part – it is inserted by a plugin I am using, sorry)
I hope you all agree this is best. I will still list all the new players in my weekly post (like this week) if I get an email/comment saying “add me to the newbie list”. =) Ok, I hope you all read that. That’s it. Whew!
