It’s the way it shatters that matters
It’s busy around here and it kinda stinks because I am on restriction and can’t do a lot. The weather is just FAB and usually I’d be out playing or workin’ in the yard but… can’t. So, it’s just plain boring!
Here’s the important events of my week:
-Dentist appointment on Wednesday, May 9th, then no more (till 6 mth cleaning)!
-Appointment with the referred neurological surgeon on Thursday, May 10th.
-Hosting a baby shower at my house on Saturday, May 12th.
-My daughter turns five years old on Sunday, the 13th!
-Gotta call the farrier mid week to get an appointment for Cosmo.
The last day of school coming up, May 24th! Wow, then a long summer break. I hope I’m well enough to enjoy the summer playing with my kids!
At this moment, I am not having any unmanageable pain, that’s SO good! I am, however, extremely sore - at times, it’s to the point it’s unbearable but for the past 2 days I haven’t had anything unbearable. PTL. I am still just a tad “slanted” but nothing like I was in the photo on last Saturday.
I started a scrap album for Nixie and I thought I’d share each page with ya’ll. She’s such a hoot, I thought you cat lovers may enjoy this. I’m up to like 11 pages so far, but I’ll just share one at a time. It’s an ongoing album, until I run out of “positions” of her. This is the title page… I’ll share more - later… so stay tuned if you wanna see ‘em all.

Now, my post title - well, I was blank so it’s just a random slogan - bonus kudos to anyone who can tell me (without the use of online search engines - i.e. no cheating) what/where the slogan is from. =)

I’m glad to see that you have managable pain now…that’s so nice to see. You sure do have a busy week and weekend!!! Good luck at the dentist today..I had my appopintment monday and got a crown on my molar….I actually found a dentist that make me feel relaxed and now I think I’ve conquered my fear of the dentist!! good luck with all your upcoming events!

I love your title page for Nixie. I’m getting more and more interested in scrapbooking. Is all yours digital? It’s very nice.
Very glad to hear you are doing a little better. My youngest son’s last day of school is May 23rd. I just got hired to work as a librarian for elementary summer school for the month of June. So my summer doesn’t start till July. But it’s only working half days, so that will work out great.

oh wow, your daughter and I have the same bday! Seems like you are very busy…I’m not sure if this is the right thing to do but can i ask a favor?
