Photo Hunter of the Day: Pollywog Creek. Go comment, Ok? Thanks!!

Newbies: JMB, Jill, Rachel, Steve, Shimmer, Cyndi, Kira, Nancy, Kelli, Kelli 2, Randy, BengBeng, SassyMom, Lissa, YTSL, Sly, and msdedi joined us this past week!

It may have been a hard week for many - snappin’ a photo of your hobby may not have been an easy task.

I have a lot of hobbies, many outdoors. However, for this theme I decided to photograph my scrapbooking hobby by taking a photo of a layout I made. I took a hand held mirror and held it up in front of the layout to include my camera in the photo. It took about 3 shots to get this one.

Note: I don’t play golf - I was just hittin’ it in the back yard for fun - in the photos I missed the ball…. so it was all in good fun.

Oh, TNChick, you and my sister would get along real well. She is obsessed with golf! Me? I’d prefer photography….but I much rather VIEW photography of others.

My “HOBBY” is up, but not the hobby others are thinking of, I’m sure!!!

I didn’t cheat this week, mine is up.

TNChick did you know we have street golf in the UK and there was/is (not sure if it will continue as the organiser passed away this week) an annual Shoreditch Urban Golf tournament with 18 holes.

I am so pathetically bad at golf, I don’t ever try anymore. Too frustrating. I end up snapping clubs in two! lol

I scrapbook, too, but I haven’t had much time since my daughter was born! I have her a book started, but only have 3 pages finished. Hopefully, I’ll get back to it soon.

Golf is a great game, I used to play and really enjoyed it. I like that it is a sport that can be enjoyed over an entire lifetime. Scrapbooking is loads of fun too. So is blogging!

I had a hard time narrowing it down this week! You are making it harder each week!!! Like your shot, very creative! My hubby and son are infatuated with golf!! I bought hubby a new set of Big Bertha clubs, he’s in heaven! Like a kid in a candy store! LOL I can’t get into it…but driving the cart is fun!

The combination looks very good ! But I personally don’t know what is so interesting in walking behind a ball throw it in a hole and kill moles ! My son treats me as “ignorant” because he is a fervent golf player !

Great layout and fun photos. I don’t get golf which frustrated my dad to no end because I guess I have a really good swing when I feel like it and he LONGED to have me enjoy the game because of it.

I thought our server was down but somehow both the modem and router reset themselves so I spent most of the evening on the line with tech support getting it worked out. They were going to charge me $30 for the router but I figured it out for myself… thank goodness I wrote all that down the other time this happened.

That said… I am finally up.
This shot of yours is most artistic… now, the golf is not up my alley. In high school they had one of those pitch and putt places with all par 3’s and I made a 20 on the first hole. No, I won’t be going out on the pro-circuit any time soon.

I have put up my insects made from coconut leaves as my hobby of choice Cut my hand slightly cutting the leaves ( had to find younger leaves and most of them were old leaves and dry ) but the results are there for you to see on my photohunters post

As for golf….miniature golf is great, as is “real” golf on the Wii…..but I’ve never golfed on a real big course before! I’m sure I’d always be letting the people behind me play through!

I’m very late but finally up!! It’s been a busy few days.

I like scrapbooking and photography, too, though I am very new to scrapbooking and have never done it digitally yet. I am NOT good at golf at all, though.

I am so impressed! I wish that someday I can have creative thoughts like that! But someday I plan on trying golf. It seems like a great thing to do in the summer. Very relaxing. Perhaps.

I have never golfed, but it looks like it could be a fun hobby and good exercise. Great layout! I like that you are a digital scrapbooker like me!

My apologies for not participating this week - I ended up in the ER Thursday afternoon and ended up spending the past few days in the hospital with a bacterial infection. It was fun - NOT!

I used to scrapbook a lot but now I’m just happy to have my pictures uploaded and captioned. My very late posting is not even of any of my hobbies but a random pic I took of someone else.
